EB-204 Series

The EB-204 series, paired with Cardinal’s 204 Storm indicator, features a large 1-inch/25 mm tall, 6-digit LCD for high visibility and rugged stainless steel enclosure designed for top performance. Selectable weight units, along with Gross, Tare, and Net conversion functions make this scale suitable for many applications. A bi-directional RS232 serial port, custom label/ticket format, auto shut-off and sleep modes to conserve battery power allows you to tailor the 204 to your needs. NTEP class III: 5000 divisions, legal-for-trade certification. Available in 15, 30, 60, 150 and 300 lb capacities.

SnapStream Wireless Systems

Cardinal’s SnapStream is a fully-integrated NTEP legal-for-trade wireless scale system for commercial applications. It’s completely proprietary to Cardinal Scale and offers a number of competitive advantages for new or pre-existing scale installations. In brief, SnapStream allows a scale to send weight data wirelessly to an indicator and the indicator in turn to send that data wirelessly to a host of peripheral equipment such as remote displays, printers, PC’s and networks. SnapStream is a digitally-controlled weighing and diagnostic system designed utilizing 802.15.4 Zigbee protocol for reliable and accurate weight and data transmission. SnapStream may be used with model 205, 210, and 225 weight indicators, where scale diagnostics can be viewed directly on the indicator.

LB Series Load Bars

Cardinal Scale’s LB series load bars are manufactured for versatile use underneath a variety of farm applications, including alleyway platforms, cages, squeeze chutes, bins, hoppers, and other types. They feature rugged structural steel tube frame construction with extra-wide foot plates on each end and receiver tabs on top and four model TB 2500-lb stainless steel load cells with adjustable support feet. Requires firm level surface and a rigid crate or platform. No summing box required. Accurate to within +/- 1%. Indicator sold separately. LS Electro-Mechanical

Structural steel levers and seamless steel tubing provide extra strength and less weight. Fewer levers and double-link suspension bearings mean less wear and tear and eliminates platform shock prolonging the life of this scale. Pivots are tempered high-grade tool steel and, along with self-aligning bearings, are supported throughout their entire length. Interchangeable parts and simple pit design make installation and maintenance simple. Many different platform sizes and weight capacities are available to choose from, ranging from 12 x 8-foot to 26 x 14-foot and 5 to 20-ton respectively. WHISPER Medical Carts

MCS25KGNT, Suspended

The MCS25KGN suspended baby scale is lightweight and portable. It’s designed to withstand rugged conditions and remain accurate through years of continuous service. A heavy-duty zinc-plated 4 inch (10 cm) S-hook and 8 inch (20 cm) shatterproof glass dial ensure this remains accurate no matter the conditions. PD100

ProDoc digital scales feature heavy-duty stable bases, body mass index calculation, and highly-visible 1 inch (25 mm) high LCD displays equipped with a mounting bracket for a wall or desk station. Powered by 6 AA alkaline batteries (not included) or optional 9V AC/DC power adapter. Low-profile platform dimensions are 12.5 W x 13 D x 3.3 H inch (32 W x 43 D x 8.3 H cm). PS30

DETECTO’s PS30 compact countertop portion scale boasts a hefty 30-lb/15-kg capacity and accuracy to 0.1 oz/2 g. The NSF-certified stainless steel PS30 is versatile enough for use in food service portioning, industrial, shipping, plant processing, and general purpose weighing. The digital scale weighs in pounds, ounces, pounds/ounces, pounds/ounces with fractional 1/8^th ounce, and kilograms. These selectable units may be preset to display only those desired by the user. The scale’s IP65 washdown rating signifies that the durable PS30 is protected against dust and low-pressure water. SB500 Series – 5-in LED

Cardinal’s SB500 boasts a giant 5-inch/127 mm tall, high-intensity LED display easily read up to 250 feet away. A weatherproof mild or stainless steel enclosure with mounting tabs allow it to be mounted on a vertical surface. Other features include bi-directional RS232 serial port and other connectivity options, auto-learning serial protocol, annunciators for lb, kg, T, t G and N. Custom programmable software to create your own graphics. The interface can autolearn most serial protocols. One custom protocol can be entered into the unit. The interface is configurable for serial data input as either an active or passive 20mA current loop, RS-232 or RS422/485, and also has the connectivity options of Wi-Fi, wireless, fiber optic and ethernet.

SB550 5-in LED

Cardinal Scale’s SB550 remote display is excellent for weight data visibility in outdoor applications and from distances. The SB550 features large 5 in/13 cm high dual-row LED digits for easy viewing, includes four mounting flanges for easy installation, senses ambient light levels from total darkness to direct sunlight, and offers high visibility with a 250 ft/75 m viewing range making it ideal for use with truck scales. The powder-painted steel, weatherproof IP65-rated enclosure has a rain/sun hood for added visibility benefits. The SB550 is compatible with all current and legacy Cardinal Scale indicators and most indicators from other manufacturers. It can be configured for either RS232 or RS485 with baud rate selectable from 1200 to 115.2k (20mA current loop is limited to 9600 bps).

ICAN Intelligent J-Box

Cardinal’s diagnostic and monitoring system, iCan offers analog to digital conversion system for all analog load cell systems, new or retrofit. Real-time load cell diagnostics identifies load cell problems before they cause inaccurate weighing, so scale downtime is minimized. iCan works with any analog load cell; you’re not tied to a single source! Each iCan junction box supports up to eight load cells. For ten or more cells, interconnecting cable will be provided. NTEP legal-for-trade certified.

FS Floor Stand

Cardinal’s FS series tank and hopper scales are designed for use in wineries, breweries, soap, oil, paint, glass, chemical, and mineral plants, or wherever liquid or material portioning is a necessity. Supplied in a wide range of sizes and shapes to fit almost any tank or hopper; these scales incorporate a link suspension bearing system that absorbs impacts, providing a free-floating platform. The levers are made of structural steel shapes and extra heavy seamless steel tubing to give greater strength than much heavier materials of comparative low tensile strength. Many capacities and variations are available to choose from. May be used with vertical tanks with flat bottoms, horizontal tanks with end discharge, and vertical tanks with cone bottoms. SH Suspension

Cardinal’s suspension hopper scales are used in all types of industry where weighing, batching, proportioning, compounding, charging, filling and processing are desirable. Versatile setup options allow for a fixed position, lorry car or monorail system installation. The SH’s incorporate torque levers made from seamless steel tubing and hopper lugs, with the lever arms made of steel. All systems are designed for 25% dead load capacity over the rated weighing capacity. These suspension scales are versatile enough to be used with square, round, or rectangular suspension hoppers. VET-70

DETECTO’s model VET-70 compact digital veterinary scale features a brushed stainless steel platform for long-lasting durability and easy wipe-down cleaning after animal weighing. The scale weighs in .02 lb / .01 kg increments up to 70 lb / 31 kg, yielding precision results for small animals, such as cats, dogs, and rabbits. VET330WH

DETECTO’s VET-330WH veterinary and general purpose digital scale can be used for weighing animals and a wide range of other all-purpose uses. The VET-330WH features 330 lb/150 kg capacity, 36 in W x 22 in D x 1.97 in H / 90 cm W x 55 cm D x 5 cm H stainless steel platform, 1-in/25-mm high LCD readouts, and a 7 ft/2.1 m long cable from the scale base to the remote display, so you can position the display wherever it’s easiest to read.
