Maintenance Technician / HVAC, Freon License a plus

Summary/Objective

This maintenance technician must have Industrial HVAC experience plus a Universal EPA Freon License. One should also have experience with temperature chambers, commercial HVAC units, industrial 3-phase wiring, and be able to work individually or as a team. This technician is also responsible for performing highly diversified duties to install, troubleshoot, repair and maintain production and facility equipment according to safety, predictive and productive maintenance systems and processes to support the achievement of the site’s business goals and objectives.

Maintenance Technician / Carpentry

Summary/Maintenance Technician + Carpentry

This maintenance technician position is responsible plumbing, light electrical work, and all phases of construction, including but not limited to metal building construction and wood frame carpentry. This technician is also responsible for performing highly diversified duties to install, troubleshoot, repair and maintain production and facility equipment according to safety, predictive and productive maintenance systems and processes to support the achievement of the site’s business goals and objectives.

Sheet Metal & Brake Press Operator ( 1st & 2md Shifts )

Summary/Objective

The Sheet Metal press operator is responsible for handling all machine press operations for the organization. Brake Press / Sheet Metal experience is required.

CNC Machinist ( 3:30pm - 12:00am, 2nd Shift )

Summary/Objective

The CNC machinist sets up and operates computer numerical
control machines to fabricate parts. The CNC machinist sets up the machine to
specifications based on prints, loads parts and operates the machine, cycles
machine and detects malfunctions in machine operations, such as worn or damaged
cutting tools. The position runs production lots, communicates with co-workers
regarding productions runs, and maintains a safe, organized and clean work
environment.

Production Welder, MIG ( 1st & 2nd Shifts )

Summary/Objective

The Production Welder requires knowledge of machines and tools, including their designs, uses, repair, and maintenance. Knowledge of design techniques, tools, and principle methods involved in the production of precision parts is also required. Must pass practical/hands-on welding test.

Truck Scale Assembly ( 1st & 2nd Shifts )

Summary/Objective

The General Labor position is responsible for basic entry level duties and responsibilities in the Scale Shop, inclusive of assembly of large industrial and custom scales.

Punch Press Operator (2nd Shift)

Summary/Objective

The press operator is responsible for handling all machine press operations for the organization, as well as basic general labor duties in the department.

General Labor (7:00am-3:30pm) Wiring, Assembly, or Punch Press

Summary/Objective

The General Labor position is responsible for basic entry level duties and responsibilities in the any of the available departments, which includes assembly, electronics, load cell wiring, or punch press. This will include many of the duties listed below.

Shipping & Receiving

Summary/Objective

The shipping and receiving position verifies and keeps
records on incoming and outgoing shipments and prepares items for shipment by
performing the following duties to quality and productivity standards.

Load Cell Wiring/Assembly

Summary/Objective

The Load Cell wiring person is responsible for handling all aspects of wiring and assembly of cells for the organization.

CNC Robot Welder (1st Shift)

Summary/Objective

The Robot Welder Operator is responsible for the layout, fitting, setting up, and operation of the robotic welding systems specified by the blueprints and work orders.
