Overview
Cardinal Scale’s 195 Vision is an IP69-rated high-pressure, high-temperature washdown weight indicator with capacitive touch keys and integral checkweigher light bars. The 640 x 320 pixel resolution (5.5 in W x 2.75 in H / 6.2 in diagonal) monochrome graphics LCD with LED backlight is visible in direct sunlight. Models are available for analog and digital scale types. The 195 features your choice of 3 or 5 zone weight comparators for the ultimate control over your checkweighing process made all the more brilliant with the built-in checkweigher light bars with 5 radiant color choices for Under, Accept, Over… or Under, Low OK, Accept, High OK, and Over. Optional connected relays allow you to extend control over your checkweighing operation.
The LCD default is white characters/black background and may be converted to black characters/white background. The 195 features one or two-pass truck scale operations and provides up to 3 ID prompts for each weighment to track trucks and trailers, materials, and other items. You can add, edit, and delete these on the fly with the 195’s alphanumeric keypad. The ID storage menu allows you to set up weight alarm outputs, alarm thresholds, ID counts, and ID prompts for each weighment.
Connectivity includes USB interface (USB A host port, USB B micro device port, and micro-SD storage), Wi-Fi, Bluetooth v4.2 BR/EDR/BLE, Ethernet TCP/IP, enhanced serial connectivity with RS232 and RS485, and up to 8 digital inputs and outputs (option card additions allow easy expansion). The 195 comes with RS232, USB, and other printer connectivity for ticket printing. You can set up tickets directly within the 195 using X-Y coordinate locations for items such as Time, Date, Gross, Tare, Net, Gross and Net Accumulators, Count, Piece Weight, and ID.
The 195 indicator’s intuitive QTouch circular touch pad provides easy navigation through menu prompts in your application. Multiple user-defined and preset functions are available simultaneously through 4 convenient soft keys on the 195 indicator. The 195 is loaded with standard apps and also custom programmable. Adjustable control knobs on the sides of the stainless steel mounting bracket to tilt the display where it’s easiest to view.
The 195 Vision features capacitive touch, alphanumeric 10-key, standard function keys, 4 programmable soft keys, and a QTouch navigation pad. The Digital Fill Control app provides single ingredient 1 or 2 speed filling with static or dynamic trim. The Batching app provides up to 8 ingredients/bins (single speed), or up to 3 ingredients/bins (two speed) with static or dynamic trim. Package weigher provides up to 3 ID prompts for tracking packages, materials, and other items. Axle weigher mode operates a full-length or axle scale with auto or manual weighments.
The watertight IP69 enclosure with capacitive touch keys protects against high pressure water jet cleaning (1450PSI) at high temperatures of up to 176°F / 80° C. The 195 is NTEP, Measurement Canada, and OIML approved legal for trade, and ETL certified. It is made in the USA of American and global components.
