- Corrected issue with print tab menu issue with TMP prompts.
Rev 2.0.46 04-05-2022
- Corrected issue with zeroing in a converted unit with a DLC scale that would change the base unit’s deadload incorrectly.
- Fixed calibration counters not incrementing properly with DLC builds.
- Cleaned up DLC diagnostic menu.
- Added Instance-based backdoor password. Contact Technical Support: 1-866-254-8261 or E-mail: tech@cardet.com for instructions.
Rev 2.0.45 10-18-2021
- Added CRC communications checking for DLC card communications to ensure noise does not cause erroneous commands.
- Added checking for SmartCAL reasonable weight changes at each step.
- Added check for reasonable trim values after SmartCal is completed.
- Added weight offset check and communication with DLC card iSite diagnostics.
Rev 2.0.44 08-24-2021
- Corrected an issue with timers when compiling the software.
Rev 2.0.43 08-09-2021
- Added missing Scoreboard output types (SB200, SB400, Rinstrum 500-A, Gedge 1650-A, Toledo, IQ355, and Numeric Weight.
- Correct multi-COM port Scoreboard output. COM1 port would only output Totalizer if another COM port was enabled.
- Change DLC trim/section weighing factor from 1.20 to 1.10.
Rev 2.0.42 06-10-2021
- Removed millivolt diagnostic screen when SmartCan is not detected.
Rev 2.0.41 03-04-2021
- Corrected an issue with incorrect traffic light on remote display after printing.
- Change DLC trim weighing factor from 1.05 to 1.20.
Rev 2.0.40 03-04-2021
- Corrected an issue with local/remote only sending Scale One to remote indicator.
- Added a program check to stop sending the set calibration deadload command during smart calibration.
- Corrected an issue that would write out the working deadload before calculating a new deadload when zeroing.
- Corrected an issue that caused commands to echo back characters to a serial port.
Rev 2.0.39 12-18-2020
- Added byte order menu for 2XX-Profinet card.
- Fixed 2XX-Profinet byte order on keyboard tare commands returned value.
- Fixes setup menu prompt errors. Any menu with a prompt longer than 32 bytes COULD corrupt other strings and cause the prompting to display incorrect content. We increased the array from 32 to 60 bytes long.
Rev 2.0.36 10/15/2020
- Soft keys were not resetting when leaving menus. With this update, all soft keys are set to none when the “INIT SOFT KEYS” routine is called.
- Corrected an issue that would cause a print to happen twice.
- 225D International had an issue with sending too many commands to the display processor depending on optimization levels and physical environment. This has been corrected by increasing the delay to 250ms between display status query at startup.
Rev 2.0.35 9/25/2020
- Corrected an issue with filtering during dual weigh range operation. The filtering will now reset when going between ranges to prevent the weight from spiking.
Rev 2.0.34 6/22/2020
- Corrected an issue with the SB600 format for the traffic light and an issue with zero fillings on the SB600 when there is a decimal place.
Rev 2.0.33 6/18/2020
- This update moved the password prompting to allow any user access to the audit counters without entering a Setup/Review menu password. This only affects the audit counters and will still prompt for and require entering a password (if one is set) when accessing any other menu.
Rev 2.0.32 5/4/2020
- Removed the prompt for a 777/778/788 remote when configuring a 225-VRS to avoid erroneously selecting it and causing troubleshooting delays.
- Added support for a new SB600 output format with multiscale display functionality and added a new scale option, Scale (6 (multi)) in the serial menu to output multiple scales on one SB600. This allows four scales to be displayed on the same remote display. NOTE: This new SB600 format is different than the format released in the previous firmware version, Rev 2.0.31 1/15/2020.
Rev 2.0.31 1/15/2020
- Added the SB600 as a serial output type. This output type adds ~18 bytes at the end of an SB500 style weight string and is still completed by a carriage return.
- Added a bypass to the span adjust minimum weight requirement. It now will display a percentage of weight for span adjust.
Rev 2.0.30 12/02/2019
• Moved ID storage preset soft key to shift soft key menu due to interfering with shift soft key Diagnostic and soft key send gross.
• Added menus to the 2XX-IP menu so that when Toledo output was selected they can choose between the four possible formats.
• Fixed units key giving incorrect conversion. It was always passing lbs. as the starting unit and now passes the current unit.
• Changed default byte order for 2XX-EIP option cards from 4321 to 1234.
• Fixed Send Gross softkey when using SB500 manual mode. Both softkeys can now be used in Normal and ID Storage modes.
• Added code to default Send Gross port to COM0 (0).
Rev 2.0.26 04/08/2019
• Added two diagnostic screens related to the DLC operation. One screen gives cell power supply voltages and the other gives a count for different groups of communication errors. This will allow scale installers and technicians to be able to troubleshoot issues more accurately.
Rev 2.0.25 03/01/2019
• Added a root password. Note that the root password default is “disabled”.
• Corrected software issues causing the DAC card voltage/current to be inconsistent when the UNITS key is pressed. This was caused by using a DAC max value in the primary unit instead of finding the DAC max value of the secondary unit. The DAC max of the secondary unit is now implemented and is used when the UNITS key is pressed.
• Also corrected zeroing the scale while using the secondary unit.
• For 225D added SETUP MENU #3 option “7. DLC SNAP COMM” to enable/disable wireless scale communications using DLC iSite serial port connected to Snap comm module. Note that the ID of the Synapse module in Snap media box attached to the scale must be entered.
• Added DLC check for updateable digital load cells. If calibration seal allows calibration will prompt “Update?”. (Must have updated DLC 1.0.7 with SmartCell image flashed.)
Rev 2.0.24
• DLC: Added capability to communicate with up to 32 digital load cells.
Rev 2.0.22
• Added ability to print GROSS weight with the push of a soft button labeled SEND GRS.
Rev 2.0.19
• DLC: Added Function for Cell Diagnostics to show “Cell Communication Error Counts” and “Weight Error Counts” screen.
• DLC: When exiting Cell Diagnostics, indicator prompts to “Clear Error Counters?”.
