Rev. 3.1 Updates – 8/31/2015:
• Added relay timer for when TL=1 or 2 (meaning a relay is used to control the traffic light).
• The relay timer requires Configurable Traffic Light version 1.1.

Rev. 3.0 Updates – 3/13/2015:
• Added string handling for 2XX-SNAP when being sent from a SNAP COM.

Rev. 2.9 Updates:
• Added red and green traffic lights to switched message mode of operation for the following message combinations:
- Open/Close
- Go/Stop
- Start/Stop
• Fixed bug that caused operation to fail upon power cycle in switched message mode.
